Who we are
Our website address is: https://thetele.tv and our Apps are also available on iOS and Android devices as The Tele.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
You MUST have the rights to any media uploaded to The Tele. It is your responsibility to follow all copyright laws in your region. Uploading copy-written content will terminate your account.
Payouts
Some members will be asked to participate in the revenue generated from their content/channel(s). In these instances, a Tele representative will reach out via email and you will have the option to sign our standard I/O which will outline your payout amounts and frequency.
In general, our approved content partners make 70% of the net revenue generated on their content from either Pay per View or Ad Supported models. Contact your Account Manager for more information.
Grant of License
Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Content solely in connection with the distribution of content on the Radiant TV platform and other Radiant owned products.
Term
The license granted herein shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for a period of one year unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement. The License will renew Agreement for successive one-year terms unless canceled before the anniversary of this agreement and upon written agreement of the parties.
Representations and Warranties
Licensor represents and warrants that:
(a) It has rights to distribute the licensed content and has full power and authority to grant the license set forth herein;
(b) The Content does not infringe any third party’s rights, including but not limited to any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights;
(c) The Content is not defamatory or obscene;
(d) The Content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations; and
(e) Licensor has obtained all necessary consents and releases from any individuals depicted in the Content.
Indemnification
Licensor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensee, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:
(a) Any breach of the representations and warranties set forth in this document;
(b) Any claim that the Content infringes any third party’s rights; or
(c) Any claim that the Content violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Ownership
The Licensee acknowledges that Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Content, and that nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as transferring or assigning any rights in the Content to the Licensee.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party if the other party breaches any material provision of this Agreement and fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice thereof.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be used.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish a video, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the video you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
